
Ingredients:
-Besan-1cup
-Sooji-Half cup
-Curd-1 and a half cup
-Sugar to taste
-Salt to taste
-Khana Soda
-Eno
-Oil
-Kali Sarso(Also known as Raai)
-Lemon Juice
-Green Chillies
-KadiPatta
Time to cook: 30mins
Recipe:
Mix Besan, Sooji, Khana Soda with curd and add some sugar and salt to taste(half teaspoon each). Pour some water, the batter should be smooth and thick in consistency.
Mix it well and beat it for a few good minutes. The batter is ready.
Put some water in cooker and pour the batter, adding Eno, in the greased aluminium bowl. Steam it for 7-10 mins. Dhokla is ready.
Now heat 1 tablespoon of oil and put raai, kadipatta, green chillies into it. Add half a cup of water and add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and sugar.
Cut the Dhokla into pieces and pour the sweet water mixture we just prepared onto the dhokla pieces and its ready to eat.. Enjoy..
